Aryaloka Buddhist Retreat Center

Our affiliated retreat center, Aryaloka, is located on fourteen acres of woodland in the Seacoast Region of New Hampshire. Aryaloka offers a great mix of classes, workshops and retreats on meditation, mindfulness, yoga, Dharma study, and ethical lifestyle topics such as vegetarian cooking.
