Weekly Drop-ins
Our weekly drop-ins are friendly, come-when-you-can gatherings that combine guided meditation, a short chant or ritual, and time for teaching and discussion. They’re suitable for both newcomers and experienced meditators, offered on a sliding-scale donation basis, with no registration required.

Courses & Series
Courses and series offer a more structured way to go deeper into meditation and Buddhism over several sessions. Small groups explore core practices like Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana, foundational Buddhist teachings, or a Dharma book together, with time for questions, reflection, and support—always on a sliding-scale donation basis.

Online Sangha
Our online sangha gatherings bring the same spirit of shared practice to Zoom. These sessions typically include teaching around a Dharma theme, guided meditation, and group discussion, making it easier to stay connected if you’re joining from home, outside Portland, or prefer an online space.
