Explore meditation and Buddhism in a 2-session course on Sundays Sept 13 & 20, 1-3 pm. Suitable for beginners & those wishing to recharge their practice.

About the event
We’ll practice two forms of meditation: Mindfulness of Breathing and Loving-Kindness (metta bhavana). Topics include meditation goals, posture, overcoming common challenges, creating an effective home practice, and an introduction to Buddhism & Nagaloka.
RSVP to register (16 seats available), so your seat is reserved and you receive important announcements, including schedule changes. You only need to rsvp for the 1st date to be registered for the second date.
FEE: course is offered on a sliding scale donation basis. All funds support the non-profit Nagaloka Buddhist Center. For those who are able, suggested donation for the 2-session course is $30-$50.
