Stopping and Seeing: Unveiling the Deeper Meaning of Meditation

The effectiveness of meditation is shaped not only by the structure of a particular practice but also by the surrounding context—our intentions, beliefs, and complementary practices. In this workshop, we will explore the key factors that support a truly beneficial and transformative approach to Buddhist meditation.

Drawing on the Triratna Buddhist Community’s system of practice, we will focus especially on the themes of integration and positive emotion, deepening our understanding of how meditation fits within a broader path of spiritual development.

Event Fee: By donation, suggested $15 – $30.

RSVP/register: email Subhramani
