6:45 pm - 8:30 pm

Please join us online by Zoom, Wednesday evenings, 6:45-8:30pm. We value Sangha (spiritual community) and the opportunity to be together. We will use this time for lightly guided meditation, a short check in to see how we can support one another, and exploration of a Buddhist topic. The facilitator will offer brief remarks and guide discussion as a way to focus our practice on that week’s theme. Themes may run several weeks, but each week can serve as a stand-alone session. We look forward to seeing you and sharing our love and kindness for the wellness of all beings.

The Journey and the Guide
A practical course in enlightenment

Last week, Narottama led us in a discussion about Spiritual Death. We will continue with further exploration of putting aside the concept of ‘the Self’. Cultivating integration means taking full ownership of our life. With full awareness, positive emotion can arise which allows us to really see our sense of self — and what no longer works for us.

Maitreyabandhu writes:
When we die spiritually, the twin poles of life are still there – it’s not that the self and the world dissolve into one another. It’s just that we no longer take them literally; we don’t grasp them.

Join us to learn some practice methods to put aside pride/conceit.

All are welcome!
