Instead we will be meeting online. Join us by clicking on this Zoom link on Wednesday evenings, 6:45-8:00pm . We value Sangha (spiritual community) and feel it is important for us to have the opportunity to be together. We will use this time to meditation along with a short check in to see how we can best support one another. Plus the facilitator will continue on our Dharma theme offering everyone a focus for our practice. We look forward to seeing you and sharing our love and kindness for the wellness of all beings.

What Moves You?

This Wednesday we will take a break from Dharma Study to open the evening to live music, poetry, meditation instruction and friendship as we continue to connect with each other, ourselves and the world.

Is there an inspirational poem or paragraph that moves you?

Perhaps a Dharmic question you might be stuck on?

Meditation challenges you would like help with?

Perhaps a good joke?

What changes have you noticed in yourself since practicing the dharma and meditation?

Bring these to the evening along with your inspirations to share.

We will practice both the Metta Bhavana and the Mindfulness of Breathing meditations. Knowing that these meditation tools are available to all as antidotes for our own irritable grumpiness and when we feel over whelmed and scattered, can be powerful medicine.
