Improv Wisdom … Start anywhere, just show up! Don’t prepare! Makes mistakes! How does one become physically, emotionally and mentally present? What gets in your way? Procrastination, laziness, fears … it is easy to find excuses.
We will have an opportunity this Wednesday evening< Oct 5 to support our practice and others’ practices by connecting with one another in the moment with awareness. Led by: Dh. Dharmasuri We invite you to attend our friends’ night every Wednesday for meditation and Dharma (Buddha's teachings) discussion. We offer some guidance during the meditation session for beginners. We alternate between the mindfulness of breathing and the Metta Bhavana (development of kindness) meditation. Cost: Dana (contribution) bowl set up for your offering.
