We invite you to attend our Friends’ Night every Wednesday for a period of meditation followed by Dharma discussion.

We are delighted to announce Vimalamoksha is facilitating for the next four Wednesdays: Jan 27- Feb 17th Vimalamoksha

Vimalamoksa is translated as “Pure Liberation,” he who embodies the true spirit of the spiritual depth. Vimalamoksa, originally from Freeport, now lives and is part of the San Francisco Buddhist Center for the last 15 years. He is very inspiriting teacher and lovely friend to the Triratna sangha. You may have already met Vimalamoksa during one of his past visits to Nagaloka. If you haven’t met him, we hope you will take the opportunity to welcome him to Nagaloka and benefit from his wisdom.

He will lead us on the following theme:
Cultivating pleasure in meditation for the benefit of all beings. Pleasure plays a key role in evolving as a human being, and pleasure helps us be of better service to the world around us. Through collective reflection, investigation in meditation, and sharing memories that have exemplified more ideal ways of being in the world, we can help foster pleasures that nourish ourselves and the world around us.

Cost: Dana (contribution) bowl is available for your kind offering. Dana helps maintain the practice space and continue to provide on-going workshops to the community.

Wednesday we chant the three refuges and five precepts. This is how to connect more deeply with our minds to spiritual awakening.
