We invite you to attend our friends’ night every Wednesday for meditation and Dharma discussion. We offer guided meditation and open discussion for beginners. We alternate between the mindfulness of breathing and the development of loving kindness meditation.

A dana (contribution) bowl is set up for your contribution. We suggest $5- $10.

Please contact us if you have any questions.
