Our minds are often over-stimulated and turbulent, worrying obsessively, finding fault, or reminding us of things we’ve done wrong. These repetitive thought-patterns not only cause us great distress, but can be hard to set aside.

The ancient Buddhist practice of mindful breathing can help us to work with the mind’s busyness, bringing us into the present moment and helping us to quiet our inner turmoil so that we can find some calm and peace.

On this workshop, Bodhipaksa will introduce a number of tools and techniques to help us gain the full benefit of this simple and yet powerful practice.
