Weekly meditation sessions

Nagaloka offers the opportunity for individuals to meditate three times a week. Monday has an open sit from 6 – 7 PM without any guidance, Wednesday’s meditation starting time is 7 PM with some guidance followed by Dharma (Buddha’s teachings) book study and discussion until 8:45 pm and Sunday morning meditation starts at 8:30 am followed by a half hour of discussion around our meditation practice, or Dharma practice. If you are new to meditation or Nagaloka, please feel free to arrive 15 minutes before the starting time to get a feel for our Sangha (spiritual community).
