We invite you to attend our friends’ night every Wednesday for meditation and Dharma discussion. We offer guided meditation and open discussion for beginners. We alternate between the mindfulness of breathing and the development of loving kindness meditation.

Please note our new hours are 7pm to 8:45 pm.

A dana (contribution) bowl is set up for your contribution. We suggest $5- $10.

Before we meditate, we chant the three refuges and five precepts. This is how to connect more deeply with our minds to spiritual awakening.

Please contact us if you have any questions.

Based in north Wales, he spends part of each year in India, leading retreats and giving lectures. He is the author of The Buddhist Vision, Sangharakshita: A New Voice in the Buddhist Tradition, and Buddhism and Friendship.
