Wednesday evenings 7 PM - 9PM Study and meditation

Beginning on Mar 5th Wednesday evenings at Nagaloka will start a new book called “Buddhism: Tools for living your life.” This book is written by Vajragupta, a WBO order member. Each Wednesday evening starts at 7 PM with meditation, tea break, and followed by discussion on a personal level from the study material facilitated by a member of Nagaloka. The evening ends at 9 PM. Book available to purchase at Nagaloka for $16.95.

Sunday morning 9 AM - 10 AM Meditation

This session will include 40 minutes of the Mindfulness of Breathing practice along with chanting and reciting traditional Buddhist texts.

Thursday morning (early) 6 AM Meditation
Some of the members of Nagaloka recently started a new meditation session for those individuals who are early raisers. Please join us!

Friday evenings 6 PM - 7 PM Meditation

This session will include reciting traditional Buddhist texts and 40 minutes of the Metta Bhavana
meditation.
