At Nagaloka we practice and teach two Meditation practices: The Mindfulness of Breathing and The Metta Bhavana Meditation

  • Mindfulness of Breathing helps to calm the body and still the mind.
  • The Metta Bhavana helps to develop and cultivate loving kindness for self and all beings.

Some of the benefits of Meditation:

Meditation is a state of increased awareness, helps to develop positive emotions and raises our level of being.

It brings more clarity with more freedom to be creative.

Beginners to meditation may experience a warm, expansive heart along with less mental chatter.
